1. Online service — nothing is shipped
Hisaab Kitaab is software used in a web browser. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
2. When a plan starts
- A paid plan is activated on your shop account automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a minute.
- You can see the plan, its end date and the invoice in Settings → Plan & billing.
- A new account starts after we set up your shop and you open the invite link we send.
3. If the plan doesn’t start
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, message us on WhatsApp or email support@hisaabkitaab.store with the payment reference. We will activate it or refund the payment.
